Looks like the other lenders are starting to follow PTSB and increase rates on mortgages. AIB variable rate up by .5% and fixed rates up .34%. More Details Here

Just had approval for mortgage from AIB. First time buyer & Fixed for 2 years. Will I get stung by these feckers?
