Ryanair website faulty since yesterday?

    I've been trying to book a flight on Ryanair's website since last night. I almost get the entire booking process completed, until it's time to hit "Purchase Ticket" having entered in ALL my info. Then, I get a "Your session has been locked" error page. This has been happening since yesterday.

    I also got this error page a few times visiting random parts of the Ryanair website, so it doesn't seem to be exclusive to the booking process.

    And I've received no flight confirmation emails, so the booking definitely hasn't gone through.

    Has anyone else been experiencing this?

    Are you trying on the same PC? Try deleting your browsing history, offline content, temporary files and cookies. That might do the trick.

    Hi,

    Im getting an error for the past few days, on the same button, but for me it says that it there's an error with the form of payment. I tried another form, and the same thing has come up. For me, I'm waiting 3 days to book and try this, getting frustrating as the price has risen.

    What card are you using to book it with and are you sure there's not a problem with the card?

    I was using a Ryanair voucher.

    I tried it in Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome and it worked!

    Im using Internet Explorer and it still won't work :(

    I'm trying to use 3V Vouchers...tried it with Mastercard also and it still didn't work :S

    Try it in a different browser and see if it works.

    Can you copy and paste here the error message that you are getting please?

    I tried a few times there and got the same financial error. Then I tried again and got a different error....checked my inbox there and somehow the flight was confirmed :P

    Haha yeah that happened to me once, I got an error message but still got the confirmation email. Glad ya got it sorted! :)
