Upping treble in a graphic equaliser

I need to up the treble level in an lcd tv for someone with hearing problems. The tv has five bars in the equaliser 1 120 hz 2 500 hz 3 1.5khz 4 5khz 5 10khz My question is where, at what frequency, does the treble begin? I did a search for a list of this but did not find much of help but not too sure what terms to use.…

Also can anyone suggest a light wireless headphone for the person. Do the wireless headphones have the facility to change levels like the tv equaliser, to raise the treble in this case
