the one I was in today was a bit of a pain, there were some I had they were selling for 14.99 that they wouldnt take

mercs 2 & tiger 09 on ps3
deep space on 360

but I did trade in
assassins creed for dantes inferno (360)
skate & grid for bioshock 2 & GH Van Halen (ps3)

can't complain too much about them refusing some games tho, it is still just about the best offer any bricks and mortar shop has ever done

Was in gamestop in Galway today and they had about a million copies of Fifa 09 preowned, might not accept it anymore.

I had one were it's resale value was €14.99 and they wouldn't take it as it had to have a resale value of €15 or more, talk about mean, like really 1c :mad:

They said the same today in gamestop, one of the chaps said it has to have a retail of 14.99 or more and the other chap said "actually i think its 15.00" :rolleyes:

Just because the game doesn't reach their value of 15 , there are a good few games on offer for 2 euro + a trade in.
I picked up the new Bionic Commando for 2 euro after trading in Turning point (pure poo)

Traded in COD: WAW and GT5 Prologue for 2 copies of Bioshock.
kept one copy, traded in the other for Battlefield BC2 in HMV.

Thinking of going in again with The Orange Box and gettin another Bioshock to get some HMV store credit.

Anybody any idea how long this will be going for?

For BC2? you mean against BC2, or did they give you a full copy of BC2 for bioshock 2?

They didn't take my Viking in Blackpool. Took Star Wars & Hawx though. Got 2 bioshocks for it. The girl asked the manager was it ok to give me 2 bioshocks... Yeah, pace is the trick and to all the destruction in man.
