Do men generally have a preference? Most men I've ever discussed this with said real breasts all the way, but I have heard women (who've had implants, surprise surprise!) claim that men prefer fake ones.

So which is the truth men?

Which breasts do you prefer in a woman? 136 votes

Real. Fake can look ok standing up, but look wierd laying down. Feel strange too. A small boob job yep fine, the big ones look wrong though and the skill of the surgeon makes a big diff.

Many worry about Artificial Intelligence. I worry far more about Organic Idiocy.

Real ones all the way as fake[as in way over the top, think footballs] would bother a me. After all I be so worried about something going pop in their I'd be far to stressed to do anything fancy under the sheets.

PS and I worry about other people looking and laughing in the company off said footballs.

Plus it depends on what you define as fake. I've seen a breast lift where the breasts were droopy and affected the womans confidence and that made a big diff in the look, with no implants in sight. They looked like and were "normal" breasts.

Yes I see what you mean. I'm talking about implants specifically.

It's hard to imagine a breast lift where the effect is droopiness though, must have been one charlatan of a surgeon!

Who in their right mind would prefer fake anything?

Fake breasts look awful. You ever seen the side of fake breasts when the person is leaning forward or running.

There is this girl on the show "Survivor" atm that clearly has fake breasts (her cleavage is up to her neck) She looks ok when she is standing still and walking around, but when she is doing challenges they look absolutely horrendous. When she is leaning forward the bags of silicone crease and wrinkle which is visible through the skin, and when she is running they look like rigid stones strapped to her chest.

I'd strongly question how many people who voted in this poll have any real experience with fakes tbh.

Why? Are you saying a person has to have felt them to know they have no interest in feeling them? If fake penises are ever invented I don't need to get up on a silicone-filled langer to know I don't find the prospect arousing.

I'm saying it's pretty ignorant to write off something you've never tried, have no experience of etc.

Well I've seen plenty on tv and in print to know I don't like the look of them, plus the addition of a scar - no matter how small.

    Not for me.

Silly question really. Like for like, of course all men are going to prefer real boobs. If you have two women side by side, one real, one fake, but both have really nicely shaped and sized boobs, real ones win every time. However, if the questions was changed, and you were given an average women with normal, good but nothing special type boobs, versus another woman who had the same but then got implants and now has really amazing size/shape/look/feel boobs, my guess is that the fake ones would get the majority of the votes.

I've seen & felt quite a few fake boobs, and the stereotype that they are hard and horrible is not true. In the old days they were terrible but the actual technology behind them these days is way way better. The doctors are so skilled at doing them now, you'd be very surprised how good they can be. They have ones made of various materials and different shapes like teardrop shaped etc, so they look and feel surprisingly natural.

It also very much depends on the girl and her body: size of current boobs vs how big she wants to go, stretchiness of the skin etc etc - depending on the individual the results can be very different

That just made me laugh hysterically :D

I understand what you're saying, but I think it's possible to have an opinion based on just sight, if that's all you have experience of.

I've seen implants a few times, I didn't think they looked natural or inconspicuous. They always stood out as being fake and for that reason, I wasn't keen on them.

I voted for real, because to be honest, I find the idea of people referring what is fake and constructed over something that's natural hugely depressing. What's wrong with being the way genetics or nature intended?

Sure, sometimes fake boobs can look or feel amazing, but that shouldn't take away from the fact real boobs can also look and feel great too.

    Agreed, it's a stacked question.

The lack of an Atari Jaguar option skews the results of the poll as well.

I would have chosen the abstain option if it had been available, but clicked "Real" just so I could see the results.

Well we'll have to agree to disagree on that. There's a whole lot in this world I have no experience of and never will because the little I do know of it doesn't appeal to me.

That assumes that you recognised fake ones every time you saw them. This is not necessarily the case.

Yep, that's pretty much the definition of ignorance tbh.

Maybe start new thread with something like: If your girlfriend had small boobs and wanted to get a boobjob, would you protest? I can't imagine there would be too many NO's.

I heard about this new one too where they inject a natural chemical into the breast to make it bigger and fuller etc, and it naturally dissipates into the body after about 2 years. Sounds great in theory but its still 2-3k - you could get proper implants for near that money

No, it's the definition of pre-emptive discernment. If somebody told you beating people to a pulp were a highly enjoyable pass time would you give it a whirl based on your concept that all avenues ought to be thoroughly explored before an informed decision can be arrived at?

If I continue to discuss this with you are you likely to use disingenuous arguments like this for the duration?

If you can't be reasonable there's no point debating the topic with you.

I have never had my hands on a fake pair so can't really vote. I heard recently that soon they will just use fat from the rest of your body and inject it into your boobs and they will feel exactly the same. So in that instance they won't really be fake?

Ugh, this point of view irritates me.

For a start, nature has no intentions, and things which occur as a result of nature aren't necessarily optimal or even good. Horrific genetic mutations? Tsunamis and earthquakes that kill millions?

Secondly, we are natural! Buildings, roads, cities etc. are all perfectly natural. They're the habitats which humans have built for themselves. And there's absolutely nothing wrong or depressing IMO about someone preferring a nice building over a nice tree, for example.

So back to the real vs. fake boobs discussion, it's the same as makeup, or fake tan, or any kind of "artificial" cosmetic enhancement. We're all wired/conditioned to be attracted to certain human traits. Men are attracted to boobs which have certain qualities - generally firmness, perkiness, a nice size in proportion to the rest of a woman's body, though opinions differ. If cosmetic surgery succeeds in enhancing these traits, then men will find them more attractive. If, however, the surgery makes them look worse, then men will be less attracted to them.

So tl;dr: if a boob job was done well, you probably wouldn't realise that the woman in question had had one.

Real for me, ones that are lifted or whatever I wouldnt count as fake, fake to me means a bag of silicone in there. boobs that have been augmented or lifted wouldnt be the same. I love real boobs though, hate that big flat part between fake ones, the pornstar look with two beachballs and a flat part between isnt appealing at all.

Also, love the irony of women who look down on girls with fake boobs, but slather themselves in makeup, tan, hair extensions, lifts in their shoes, push up bras, lip plumper ,fake lashes, fake nails etc etc most women have some sort of "fake" element in their beauty regime, I'm not anti boob job as long as they look good, and arent gigantic things

fake all the way unless your fortunate enough to be with a young woman (18 -23)blessed with a great pair of boobs, a not too big pair of fake on top of your chest in bed just can't be beaten otherwise!

In fairness every poll should have a don't care option.

This question is partcularly badly posed:

A great fake pair versus an unaesthetic natural pair?
A botch job fake pair versus a perfect natural pair?

I think the question was deliberately framed in such a way as to bias the results towards "natural" tbh.

I agree that ginormous ones on a small frame are awful!
But dont be misled, they are not hard footballs..
The silicone implant wrinkling and appearing through the skin is not in everyone- Im gonna guess that that person went waaay too big and there wasnt enough skin tissue! hence the transparency!

Suitable implants to match the frame or a little bigger-- as long as they dont look ridiculous.

As for dissin them without feelin them, wtf?! id love to see ye thinkers find a girl and not know they were fake and love em and thatd be you put in your box!
