Syncing Nokia 5800 with Ovi.com

Has anyone successfully downloaded the sync settings from ovi.com and been able to sync the site with their phone? I downloaded the settings and the website has my phone as a device but I can't figure out how to sync them?!

Not at a desktop pc at the moment but usually if you pick the sync option on the website it will give you step by step.

Alternatively go into contacts, settings or options and them sync. Then pick the ovi connection from the list.
