Bioshock 2 and otehrs fo 5 euro when you trade in a game in gamestop

Last I heard was GS will give you GOW if you trade in Heavy Rain, couldn't be any old sh*t game could it?!

Bought another copy of BS2 in GS today, went 2 doors down to HMV, traded it in & bought SF:BC2 for a tenner 'Preowned' in factory wrapping.

About time the people got to screw the shops about, & not the other way round for once.

So would this be possible?? Trade in 10 games with 50 euro for say 10 copies of bioshock 2 and off to Xtra vision to get a ps3 slim with a few Xtra euro on top?

nope and nope...
Even if you traded in 10 diff games that all worked,(unless you came across a sound fella),id say the max they would sell to you of one particular game is 2.

Now onto xv.They are even less likely to allow you,although there are ways of getting around such as just getting your friends to also go in with a copy.

I traded GTA 4 and Prey(all Xbox) for Bioshock 2 and GH Aerosmith which cost me €7,then went down to HMV and got €40 for both those games!!Picked up DJ Hero for €20 cos its on sale there for €59.99!Nice bit of wheeling and dealing,had great fun on DJ Hero last night,top game with top tunes!

i had a few games that had no boxes, so i simply walked over to the shelf and by the time i got to the counter the disc was in the box & i was trading !

I just rang gamestop there and asked could i trade in fifa 09 and get bioshock for a fiver and they said no

I just rang GameStop and they said the Heavy Rain/GOW3 deal is ending today.
They also have limitations on what games can be traded in now for the €5 deal. The game must be worth €14.99 to them as a traded copy in order for it to be eligible.

I asked about three games: Halo 3, Gears of War 2 and Tom Clancy's End War. Only GOW2 was eligible.

The following games are listed in the €5 offer;
Darksiders
Dante's Inferno
Bioshock 2
Dark Void
Red Faction Guerrila
Guitar Hero Van Halen
Vancouver 2010
Lips
And one or two others, but can't remember them right now.

They reckon this offer will continue at least until Tuesday.

traded red faction guerilla (2e + tomb raider) for bioshock 2 and call of duty 2 for guitar hero van halen and got credit to the value of 62 euro in hmv.

Gears1 Ltd Edition Steel case
Ghost Recon 2
Dead Rising Ltd Edition Steel case

Not even against dark void - so I guess I missed the boat on this one

Basquille - Yep well I know for a fact they will accept them in Cavan but not sure about anywhere else as it seems they need to be worth 15 in trade in value for most stores.

Anyways went in today traded in Dead Rising (Worth 7euro) and they had no:

Bioshock 2
GH Van Halen
Dantes Inferno

So I went for Dark Void on Xbox took trip to Xtravision got offered 15 to spend there so picked up Brutal Legend on PS3..

The resale value needs to be 15, i.ee it's selling for 15 2nd hand. So if you're dead rising was worth 7 they are prob reselling it over 15!

Ohh right..Well I also had games to value of 1.50 etc which traded in...Wonder which would not be fit to get it then

..Im sure basquille's games would work then as they are alright games compared to ones I traded
