Ok,PLEASE tell me what Im doing wrong here with U-Values......

    ok say the conductivity was 1.430 and the thickness was 0.012.and i divide 1.430 by .012 and get 119.16666667
    but the answer is .00839??
    what am i doin wrong

    its physics, and as someone said, .012/1.43 is .839

    Its construction..

    In Physics you dont actually have to calculate U-Value, Only know the definition

    You're just dividing the wrong thing
    Thickness is always the first thing to go into the calculator.
