Firstly sorry, this probably isn't the right place for this but I really want an answer quickly.

Anyone know if they sell Deep Heat & Deep Freeze in Tesco?

Before the jokes kick in, it's the rubs for aching muscles. ;)

(Euro)Spar and Super Valu also sell it. It might smell rank but it does work.

If you can get your hands on some tiger balm use it instead of the deep heat, amazing stuff :)

Whatever you do, dont mix deep heat and deep freeze. I believe the universe will explode.

They sold them both anyway, got some earlier.

    Gotta love 24 hour Tesco.

Then I busted out a few miles (oh yeah:p).

Fold towel, place in Microwave on high for 2 minutes, remove towel and place on affected muscle, repeat as required

    Magic.
