Smart security 2010 - Help please

    Would anyone know of any removal program that can get rid of this malware?

    It's on my dad's pc (Windows XP) and as he lives over in the west of Ireland, I'm unable to actually sit down with it and have a good root around.

    I've googled it and there's a lot of talk about deleting registry entries etc. however, he's not up to the task (he can just about send an email)

    I was hoping that by now, there may be a quick fix to download???
    If not I can remote connect to him with TeamViewer, but he's on dial up, so everything takes forever!
