    this reminds me of years ago when i was in Balitmore with my family. A homeless man came up to my dad and asked for money while my mother walked on disgusted. when my dad caught up after giving him a few dollars my mother said "he would rob you dry if you werent watching him", while my dad replied, pointing to the Bank of America bank HQ:"They can do more damage in a stroke of a pen than that poor fellow could do in his entire life".

    The type of scumbags I see:

    Sick fùcks who carry knifes around with no restraint on using them

    Jailtime is just a holiday and a chance to meet up with "Anto and the lads" inside.

    Stealing and selling their goods.

    Fùckers you couldn't leave alone for 2 minutes in a room without them nicking something......anything!

    Stealing pointless things from shops just for the sake of stealing.

    Randomly picking fights with those smaller than them and then vicously kicking the shìt out of them with their buddies.

    More stealing

    They talk about their great friendship with the local Gardaì and having a laugh with them as they're brought to court.

    Extremely dirty fighters (Face-kicking, brutal hits to the balls, and no problem using a weapon like a bar or bottle)

    Oversized soverign rings on every finger.

    Hitting their wimmen :mad:

    "Work" does not compute with them

    All this while wearing the usual attire and cross on their necklace.............yea, Jesus is gonna love you when you show up at the gates!

    My work brings me into contact with a lot of people who engage in criminal activities, so for me I would see the scumbag thing in varying degrees. With certain activities a level of violence does go along with it. I not condoning it, but if I viewed everyone like that as a scumbag I wouldn't be able to do my job. The scankers tapping up at the lucas and stuff like that would be very low level for me.

    Apart from the obivious those who psychologically/physically/sexually abuse kids, the one for me would be those who go the extra mile in acts of violence, because they enjoy it. Part of my job used to involve working with staff of the HSE who where attacked by patients, so I'm not trying to minimise the effect that any assualt can have on people. However, I have seen people who committ these acts and do experience some level of guilt, then I have worked with people who have committed very serious assaults and enjoyed it, that would be one marker for me.

    Then you have the type who think society should supply them with all their needs and show no respect for their enviroment and those the have to share it with. Never worked a day in their lives and maybe the same for their parents, always ripping the state off for anything they can get. Whereas they may not engage in serious criminal activities they are under the impression that most of the laws don't apply to them.

    I moved out of Dublin six years ago, I still commute. My partner live is a council estate, and its riddled with the fcukers. It's bad enough that they want to live like that but to inflict that culture on the rest of your street is something else.

    Low life's', & Scumbags are little pri-ks who hide in corners waiting on little old ladies walking home from the Post Office with their pensions. They attack these old people and beat them to a pulp for a few €s.

    about 2 years ago myself and a mate of mine were walking through a Park near Dublin and we saw two Scumbags beating up an old lady, we took chase and when we caught them we gave them a good hiding. It was all over in a couple of minuter, the old lady was taken to Hospital where she had a broken wrist for her troubles. poor old dear!

    Two weeks later the Garda called to my mates house with a complaint from one of the guys we had beaten up as he knew my mate but not me. He was charged with assault for beating up the two guys who had mugged the old lady, he admitted beating them up but said he was on his own.He wouldn't let me own up, but I gave evidence to what I saw the scumbags had done.

    He was brought to Court and was given a good ticking off from the Judge, and was fined €100 and bound to the peace for 2 years.

    The scumbags denied it was them who mugged the old lady and a couple of local well to dues gave character references for them, they got off as there was no proof against them. The old lady was unable to identify them.

    So there's justice for you!

    See thats one of the many things thats wrong in this country. Where im from there's a group of little f*****s like this who need a "beatin' eight nights of the week" to quote the father in law, the kinda little cnuts that throw rocks at cars and are forever throwin fireworks at people and animals and if ya lay a hand to them you get punished. Sigh, sometimes i wish the sichilinis would turn a blind eye for an hour......

    Drug pushers, rapists, etc...
    How to treat them?

    Ideally - two bullets in the back of the head - then get on with my life.

    Sadly, realistically... Report them. Then hear of their arrest, slapped up in jail for 6 hours, let out, hear they are in court later, let off with a miserable joke of a fine and see they go sin again.

    on a further note i was travelling on a bus in galway city one day, up the front as there was a lot on the bus that afternoon, when the bus pulls off and stops half way across the road in eyre sq to let on a load of travellers,

    2 mins later a french man comes down asking the bus driver to reimburse him his fare and to let him off as he was gettin harassed down the back, i told him to sit in beside me and i apologised to him on behalf of us all for their behaviour.

    5 mins after that there's a huge commotion down the back of the bus and when i look around there's one of the travellers squaring up to an African girl who is informing him not to call her a n****r again (fair played to her she had no fear of the little p****). I watched on as they squared up and was waiting and waiting for someone to do or say something and then she slapped him full force in the face (i was delighted). he went to hit her back so i came running and screaming down the bus that if he touched her i'd burst everyone of them one by one and they wouldnt get off the bus alive. one of them tried it on so i just kicked him in the stomach and put him flying across the bus and he smacked himself off the bars n all.

    Now i dont like being violent but after being bullied by travellers and others all my life i felt proud that i finally stood up to them and helped that girl out b4 she got a hiding. Each one tried to intimidate me as they were getting off the bus but i just kept the fist in full sight and would swing it when they lunged at me so they knew i was ready for them. bumped into them all the next morning in the dole office and do ya think they said anything to me? well boss is all i got out of them as i passed and stared them out of it.

    Man i was fired up that evening.

    we need to take back our lives and happiness for ourselves and if that means meeting violence with violence in some cases then so be it, some cannot and never will understand any other form of justice

    Seriously i see them everyday the same people on the same corners in and around Dublin begging for change.I say deport the lot of them.
    Now don't get me wrong i have absolutely no problem with people coming from outside Ireland to work here as i worked abroad for nearly 10 years myself.In fact i welcome it as some of the foreign ladies are well pleasing on the eye.:)
    But why can we not have some sort of procedure in place were if the same person is caught begging on the streets say,i don't know, six times in a month,they can be deported back to where they came from. They are clearly here to sponge off the state and us and we obviously don't need the extra burden at the moment.

    For me it would be people who urinate in public. Especially in broad daylight. I don't mind it if one goes down a lane and is hidden but doing it on the street when children are still around. I'm not only talking about men here. It was nearly a year ago now and at about two in the day in a small local park there was a drunk scumbag with her knickers around her ankles. I didn't want to see her fat arse. And only the other day I was walking out of my house and there was another scumbag, male this time, doing it. Again in broad daylight. I know that many would find this a minor thing but it really leaves me disgruntled.
