Hi - A quick question. About a month ago the hot tap on the bath stopped flowing normally and is now only a very slow trickle comes out - even when on full. Havn't got round to getting plumber in yet but is there any easy fix?

Is it a mixer tap or two separate taps?

Well you could try this, but I'm not a plumber and have never done anything like it. I do know that you can't do any damage though. :) If it's caused by an air bubble in the pipe, this should fix it.

Block the nozzle of the tap and turn on the cold and hot water taps and leave it for a few minutes. This will force the cold water to go up the hot water pipe, pushing any air bubble upwards and into the tank. It that doesn't sort it after 5 minutes, you may need a plumber.
