unwanted premium sms messages

    Hi there guys

    I am getting a lot of sms messages from premium rate providers
    I didnt subscribe to these services but as a direct result these messages are eating up my call credit ...

    I tried replying with the unsubscribe messages to no success spoke to my provider and they said that i will need to contact the issuer of these messages

    some of these providers are operating outside ireland and as far as india is there any other way to get these messages stopped or should i just get a new phone -sim ?

    Anybody else had this issue ?
