collect(JSA) from post office before I sign on?

Hi, If your monthly sign on date falls on the same day as you collection day at the p.o, will payment that day be withheld untill you sign on or can you collect first and then sign on later that day? Thanks.

No,you can collect it before you go in if you want or collect it after if you want,its up to you.
