back broken using chain saw

hi lads and lassies, i have started cutting timber with my handy weight chain saw, my back is broken from been bent over cutting all the timber into logs:mad:, anyone out there have ideas on how to make this job easier i have a timber horse but the timber can jump and take the head off ya.:D
