You paid for a stream? I paid just over £100 2&1/2 years ago and have every single channel available with no monthly fee(ppv/movies/all the dirt)...best thing I;ve ever bought

    No you didnt.

Well I heard it on the stream.. I spose that could mean the most outer seated ticket is 10 dollars and the most inner is 10k, but that's what I heard the average was.

here we go people .. Hope Pacquiao wins..

I think they said cheapest ticket was $35

thats grand, I paid about €100 for a ticket to camp nou (Barcelona) and might aswell have been watchin a subbuteo match :D

On skys coverage, Johnny Nelson said "he never saw any chinks in any of Mannys performances"

    Careful Johnny :P

Love the production on the entrances. its a small detail but adds to the fight night experience. something thats kinda thrown to one side in Vegas.

Pacman's entourage is 140 people. Cost 100k to fly them to this fight:eek:

    Love those "little" facts.

    Venue looks superb

2-0 to Pac, hell of a lot of power shots from Pac.

Will someone shut the screaming beeatches up at ringside...

Will be interesting to see if clotty comes out of his shell this round.

The women screaming are driving me nuts though!

Come on Clottey knock him out!

    Good fight so far.

Hell of a scrap, brilliant. Pacman looks better tonight than vs, Cotto; and Clottey is doin' well, but needs to be busier. Pac eating some right hard leads

Clotteys right hand is hitting the target. if mannys bodyshots dont wear him down and Clottey is still there fresh from round 6-7 onwards I'd worry for Manny

    good fight so far

Pac's volume is un ****ing real. Clottey cannot get off because he is
too busy blocking shots. Amazing stuff, I say 4-0 to Pacman

    great fight.. intriguing

I think Clottey is still holding on to the possibility of that one big punch..

PAC is a good puncher but he has a chance of beating mosley than Floyd

Fir me fights over was expectiong a desperate attempt from clootley for a knockout but I guess it ain't gnna happen

    ^ Worst spelling ever.

What a fight, fair ****s to Clottey for this showing. He's one hell of a man.

PBF is a special fighter, but I just wonder how he will cope with Mannys workrate. Floyd can counter punch all he wants but the sheer volume of punches is something else, in and out.
Manny isnt that hard to hit, its just you hit him once, he'll hit you twice

In a fight between Manny and PBF you can almost guarantee the fight will go the distance but it'll be like a game of chess. I just wonder what plan Roach will have for Manny for that fight

Lets hope Floyd keeps up his end of the bargain and beats Sugar Shane.

Oh yeah and Clottey is one tough f*cker!

Oh so suddenly you need a "my cock is bigger than yours" plasma screen to see sly sports? Yeah right!!!!!! A portable would do! :D

Yes... or any leading brand will do. :p

But yeah said id pay for the liveonlinefooty link as have no tv here and all other streams wouldnt work for some reason, laptop issues aside the network here isnt the best either. Was great to be able to watch a stream and not worry bout it going. Cost just over €2.

  • Moderators Posts: 8,877 ✭✭✭x PyRo

Clottey must be made of steel. Pitty he couldn't knock Pacman out though. Would of loved to see that!

well I guess having no tv kinda limits your options :p Suppose couple quid is alright for a decent fight....better than the mugs who pay £15+ PPV to see Knan knock out some nomark in 90 seconds

As ive said another victim of our pacman, what a boring game even the size, ht and reach of clottey couldnt even connect to pacman..
is there any more boxer there...say Man enough for the pac.

my God itll take a week to drink off the winnings.....

Id pay it for any decent fight. Much better than constant reloading, refreshing, having multiple back ups etc. Actually i surprised sky sports websites etc havent put on the ppvs online. Maybe there wouldnt be enough people going that route to make it worth their while.

Just finished watching it and I'm very impressed with Clottey.
I could be wrong here but was this Pac's last fight?
I heard he's running for public office in the Phillipines.

I could be off here, but I think Manny right now is at his absolute best, better than when he was a 126 and 130 lb fighter. He is better in all areas, especially his punch delivery and placement and volume. It's like the weight gain has dramatically improved his overall style and shape.

I really think that Floyd has his work cut out. Floyd is a defensive whizz, but he has to be offensive to win. He cannot win by simply blocking, ducking and spoiling.

Manny has a very good chin, unreal volume and stamina. It's going to be extremely hard for any man to out box a guy who is throwing so much from
so many angles with so much speed and power. He's a ball of ferocity.

What has Floyd got to do? I am finding it hard to envisage Floyd being able to be offensive enough to deal with Manny. He may well land, but whe Floyd throws, he, like any man is open, and with Manny, it's not one, it is 5 and 6 replies.

I was so so impressed last night, everything he did was superb. Such range, speed, power and skill. Effortless delivery.

Previoulsy I couldn't make a real case for a 147 Pac, due to Oscar and Hatton not being at all a good barometer. But, his last two outings, and particularly his speed and power last night sealed if for me.

Right enough, not like SS to miss out on money making opportunity

You were impressed with Clottey? Impressed with what?

Yeah, he's running for office, that doesnt mean he's not fighting again.

He has a fight with mayweather coming up now, providing mayweather doesnt slip up against Mosley

He was very very good. Even though Clottey just seemed intent on trying to avoid getting punched in the face Pacman kept his barage of punches flying and with the mixture of body shots and upper cuts he managed to slip a few through Clottey's guard also
