    In the tradition of wacky news, a la Outlawpete, just found this article about a policeman who...
    wrote a blog post about rubbing the tip of his penis over a female colleague's police car.The site, written under the pseudonym Farbror Blå (Uncle Blue), revealed tales of the policeman and his officer friend engaging in the practice of ollning ("bell-ending") as a practical joke.


    According to The Local, a post on the blog read: "When the girls had driven around for an hour or so in the bell-ended police car we had a chat with them and revealed our bell-ending exploits.

    So basically these cops rubbed their knobs over parts of the cars their female colleagues would touch.

    Like something Beavis and Butthead would do if they were cops:
