Satellite radio hifi box ?

I'm wondering if there is a box that takes a satellite input, has speakers and is designed solely for satellite radio? The alternative is a satellite box and hifi but I'd like an all in one box. Is there such a thing ?

Well in all my years messing with satellite, as far as i know there isnt.

There was there was the sky gnome.

Its a good idea though!
