Looks like strike dates may be announced later today. From London Evening Standard:

Union bosses will announce dates for British Airways cabin crew strikes today after talks to try to resolve a bitter row over cost-cutting broke down.
Hopes of a breakthrough in the long running dispute collapsed last night when marathon talks ended without agreement.
The Unite union's 12,500 cabin crew members have twice voted hugely in favour of industrial action, but a planned walkout over Christmas was halted after a successful legal challenge from BA.
The union ruled out striking over Easter, but a walkout could come as early as 18 March. Unite will have to give BA seven days' notice.
The two sides have been in negotiations under the chairmanship of TUC general secretary Brendan Barber, which broke up without agreement.
Barber said: “Despite a prolonged period of negotiations it has not been possible to reach agreement between BA and Unite.
“Both parties will be reflecting on the position and the TUC will be keeping in touch but at this stage no further negotiations are planned.”
Unite said: “Talks with British Airways concluded without agreement being reached. Management's offer went nowhere near addressing our members' concerns over crew numbers and service levels.
“[Yesterday's] talks were further impeded by gratuitously provocative statements by senior BA managers not involved in the negotiations, once more calling into question the company's interest in reaching an agreement.
“Unite representatives will be meeting [today] to discuss the consequences of this breakdown. Should BA wish to make an improved offer, they have time to do so.”
BA said it remained available for further negotiations but hopes of resurrecting talks were slim. Unite put forward a 10-page document it said contained possible savings of almost £63 million, including a one year pay freeze, followed by a pay cut of 2.6%.
The airline said the union's proposals fell “significantly short” of the figure and would lead to pay cuts of between £1,000 and £2,700 for crew, which the union disputed.

Hey are you from Spain? Me too :) If I was any of you people flying with BA I'd try to change my flight to fly the soonest you can. I mean instead of flying on friday, change it to wednesday, so you'll have more days to be rebooked in another flight.

Yeah, I saw that too, she waas telling people not to book with BA all year though? ITs only the next few weeks that is potentially the danger dates? All I care about is 'Mania!! Cannot believe I am this close to going and now I cant get a flight there.

No mate im from England but my dad is from Spain so half spanish! I am thinking to go out to Phoenix for a week and fly with BMI, its still quite reasonable.

Id love to do that but on the BA website it says that
    If strike dates are announced
You will be able to rebook, free of charge and subject to availability, onto other British Airways flights outside of the strike period for up to 355 days from the original date of travel.

Refunds will only be available if flights are actually cancelled or if the original booking conditions allow.

so even if strike dates are announced today they wont refund u until they confirm the actual flight has been cancelled. And u know that they will string it out and bring u to the airport etc and then cancel the flight an hour or two before. If u book with another carrier and somehow they manage to get the flight off the ground ur out of pocket

Hi, I work for British Airways and appreciate there are a lot of BA-related travel questions at the moment, given the potential strike by cabin crew.

I just wanted to pass on the link to our page on ba.com http://www.britishairways.com/travel/strike-ballot/public/en_ie which has the most up to date and reliable travel information about how possible industrial action could affect your travel plans If I hear of any updates I will try to flag it up on this forum.

Time is very important factor relating to this as flight prices with other carriers are goin up each day we get closer to our flight.

Nuria can u confirm weather BA are prepared to refund customers who book with another carrier before you cancel a flight due to the strike?

the answer would be no!! The Airline would issue terms and conditions relating to strike shortly after the dates or any action is announced and not until then, so if you wanted to amend or cancel (my booking included) you would be bound to the existing fare rules and terms andconditions which you probably wouldnt get a refund back! and I think travel insurance does not cover you under strike action os this is deemed 'extreme circumstances' and is beyond their control!! Very frustrating!!

The problem as well is that a few people will be flying from other countries to London in order to get the flight to Phoenix. It's a bit much to ask people to travel to London and then say "ah well, your flight is cancelled, good luck" and we're left trying to get back to where we started.

Just re-priced there, flying out the Wednesday instead and the best quote I got was 788 euro. Still pretty hefty.

Not paying anything close to that.

As things stand, we're all ok, just gotta wait & see if they follow up on this strike.

I think we're pretty much just waiting for an announcement of dates

& maybe the 26th won't be one of them, & we will be fine?

I know, but the worst is kinda costly....

Just found some flights with Delta from Frankfurt, Germany for 417 Euros.

186 of the 417 Euros are for the ticket, the rest are taxes, so if I would book it, and could go with BA, I would just loose the 186 Euros... oh, I don't know what to do...

They've said they're not announcing strike dates yet but there's talk of a 2nd group striking ffs.

British Airways is facing a second potential dispute, with the Unite union threatening to ballot ground staff over proposed changes to working practices, Sky sources say.

The airline is still grappling with the prospect of crippling strikes by its cabin crew after talks aimed at resolving a bitter row over cost-cutting broke down.
Officials from Unite spent the day locked in internal discussions but have given no details of strike dates.
By law, Unite has until next Monday to announce actions, giving seven days' notice of any walkouts.
Commenting on the latest threat, Sky's business correspondent Joel Hills said: "My understanding is that BA has been in talks with its 4,500 baggage handlers and ground staff about cost-saving changes for some time.
"Unite is unhappy with some of the changes because they say it will erradicate overtime and lead to redundancies."
Hills reported that on March 5, Ken Petrie, the general manager of BA's Heathrow Ramp and Baggage Service wrote to ground staff.
The letter was upbeat in tone but asked ground staff to complete a 'preference form' to indicate which area of the department they wished to work in.
Staff are warned that if they do not return a form, the company will assume they do not have an area preference.
"Unite sees the letter as a provocative attempt to bypass negotiations and impose change rather than negotiate," said Hills.
"It has told BA that unless it withdraws the letter immediately, it intends to ballot its members."

The union's 12,500 cabin crew members voted twice voted for industrial action, but a walkout over Christmas was halted after a successful legal challenge from BA.
The union has ruled out striking over Easter. However, a walkout could come as early as March 18.
BA chief executive Willie Walsh says BA would hire 23 fully-crewed planes from charter companies to help run flights from Heathrow in the event of industrial action.
Mr Walsh said flights from London's City airport, including long-haul services to New York, would operate normally, while 70% of cabin crew would work at Gatwick, meaning all long-haul and 50% of short-haul flights would not be affected.
