are expensive eye creams worth the money?

i have fine lines under my eyes, which really bother me as im only 23. im willing to pay for an expensive eye cream if it will get rid of them. but do they actually work or are you just paying for the brand name?

does anyone know a good one? i was going to try roc. it would be a bonus if there was SPF in it.

If any cream really erased lines, it would be gold dust.

Creams improve the appearance of lines, but only one with an spf will slow down the appearance of more. I don't think the expensive ones worked any better in any blind testing I've ever seen on tv. In fact, I think this one:
