Any tips on suede shoes?

Have a pair of suede heels that I haven't worn for a while. Unfortunately when I last wore them some fool stood on my pretty shoes and left them dirty. I had sprayed them with the shoe protector stuff when I got them but just wondering if anyone has any tips.

have you tried one of those wire brushes for suede?

Punch make a cleaner for suede which is pretty good. I found it faded the colour slightly, so do both shoes so they fade to match.:)

apparantly steam is great to bring up suede
