I haven't done anything more than 5 or 6k runs since the middle of the summer, started pumping iron instead, back to running now though since I realised I can hardly fit into any shirts :eek::eek:0 -

Which gym is that? I'm a member of mayfield gym and they don't put on challenges like that. If anyone is interested in a running challenge, let me know. You'll all beat me, I'm an old git... :cool::D;) 0 -
