This guy was given new identity after release in 2001.

Looks like he has been naughty again and broke some of his T&C, one of his conditions was that he would not contact or attempt to contact his other partner in crime. His new identity is now fcuked.

All joking aside, I guess he just didn't learn his lesson.
Darn shame they had to be let out in the first place but thats the double edged sides of the law sadly.

I/no one ever said he did, lets be absolutely clear about that.
Clearly when he was released, he was let out having stated (and signed?) to a list of conditions.
What ever he did, he obviously broke those conditions. He didn't learn the lesson that if you break something, rules, deals, laws, etc - there are consequences.

That's not answer either, plus killing to too good for him. I know it's making excuses for him and all that, but you have to wonder what would inspire such cruelty and disregard for human life at that age.

What he did was horrible, but he was a fcuking child when he did it.

Noone here knows if he is a scumbag now. He might have done feck all to get recalled. Irish prisoners who get Temproary release are supposed to stay sober, maybe it's the same for him and he happened to have a few drinks?

Unless it's released why he was recalled to prison, then people really shouldn't call for his death, or take delight in it.

I am FAR from a liberal person with regard to criminals, but he was a child when he did it. He probably is reformed.

That's my point. I think that there should be some kind of code of conduct of parents when it comes to raising kids and not this schmaltzy social worker visitation ****e, I mean actual rules. I'm not necessarily saying that the parents are to blame, but something has went seriously wrong in that kids upbringing.

I'd always tried to keep an open mind on stuff like this. How a child so young could commit a crime so horrible always tends to leave more questions than answers, mostly as to how such a thought and such a violent urge could enter the mind of someone so young. So i always felt that i could never display the usual "hang the bastards" kind of attitude, thinking maybe that such an attitude could only hinder any chance that this child might have to repent for such a crime.

But when i had my baby girl, and when i look at her, and hear stories like this, and imagine that any person could commit a crime like that on any child, or even my own child, i get overcome with an anger i cannot even begin to describe. How these two evil little bastards were let out after serving only 8 years is an utter disgrace, and an insult to law abiding and decent humanbeings everywhere. The anguish and horror poor Jamie Bulgers parents must have went through makes me weep. For any person to commit such a crime on a child displays an evil within, but for another child, someone so young to beat another child to death with iron bars and bricks......
