How many devices do you have running off your universal remote?

Just saw a posting for a 5-in-1 universal bargain in Bargain Alerts. It's a good bargain and fair play to the poster but I was just wondering if 5-in-1 is enough for most people these days. Example, below is what I've running off my own remote.

    Tele
    NLT
    Media Player
    DVD Recorder
    R1 DVD Player
    PS3
    Surround
    HDMI Switch
    Ipod

Plus I've seen IR light switches, sockets etc. Obviously some people will have satelite dishes connected too.

Plus, are they gone too far? I mean I've all my original remotes stashed in a drawer in the kitchen or something (probably with the batteries in clocks etc) If I lose that remote I'm screwed :) and there's a feckin' little screen on it. Cool but when do we stop? Saw an article on CNN.com I think about some company that released a remote that you can watch tele on. So you watch one channel on tele and another on the remote!

Lost it about 7 & 1/2 years ago behind the couch... Back then we had the Tele, NTL and the dvd player only.. they truly were simpler times.

    TV
    DVD
    XBOX
    UPC box
    AV receiver
    Media player

All controlled by a Harmony One.
1 push of the button to go from watching tv to playing on the XBOX.

Of course the remote is always 20 centimeter out of reach so i still have to move my lazy arse

Like Homer from the Simpsons when he's morbidly obese and uses his broom. :)

That must really be a bit of a pain..
Getting all the way down off your high horse to change the channel every time?
A remote would probably be a bit easier in fairness.

    :p
