Ireland northern ireland criminal records?!

    If i have to go to court in ni and i have a record down south will this be pulled?! even if they do not know my address down south, only the 1 i was living in in ni?!?! Thank you

    It could well be accessed alright, depending on the diligence of the prosecution, I dunno if they can bring it up in court. They wouldn't need your addresses either.

    Yes but how do they know if its me or not, if you get what im saying?! Im just seeking advice here, ive never officially had an address up north i was living with my girlfriends parents, thats the address they have, but im living down south and have never changed my address officially

    Also if it helps i have a driving ofence in southern ireland and its a driving offence in northern ireland which the court is for

    D/O/B - They could also get a photo I would imagine on their own system. The judge could question you.

    They can start with your name & DOB, if that generates a result they can enquire further to determine if you're the same person.

    Criminal offences committed in NI are usually referred to in this jurisdiction on a finding of guilt. That said it is less likely in RTA cases that this will be checked for.
