If this is in the wrong section please move.

I Bought a Braun Oral-B Professional Care 9900 Triumph with SmartGuide Rechargeable Power Toothbrush last year from amazon.

I am having an issue with the smartguide and need to get in contact with their customer service.

In the manual it says the number is 1800-509448, however when i ring it on my mobile it says it is only available to callers from specific regions.

Any idea how i might get in contact with them?:o

Many thanks and apologies for the random question.

Having spent 30 seconds on google I found this

    Oral-B Laboratories Ireland
    Green Road
    Newbridge
    Country Kildare
    Ireland
    Phone: (353) 454-33676

ring them and if they cant help you they will have a number.

If anyone else is interested, the number is 1800-509448. You have to ring from a land-line however.

I was trying to ring it from my mobile:o

Has anyone figured out how to call this number from a mobile phone? Or if there's another Irish number?

I don't have a landline or access to one and I can't seem to find another/alternative Irish number anywhere.

Maybe you needed a landline in 2010 because you couldn't call a 1800 number on a mobile back then in 2010...

I know this is an old thread but being a 1800 number, it was probably restricted that way because Oral B didn't want to have to pay for mobile callers.

I wouldn't bother with any of those numbers. Proctor & Gamble pulled out of Newbridge in 2022. Whoever took over the plant may now be manufacturing Oral-B products under contract but I seriously doubt that they're operating any kind of customer care helpdesk. Try the Oral-B UK website.
