Renting land how much per acre

    HI I have recently become the owner of about 25 acres of land which l would rather received in another manner as apposed to the tragic situation that l got it in anyways want to know whta is the price you can expect per acre the ground is all good and it can be used as meadow or for mixed grazing anybody know how much you can get per acre also does anybody know of a 5 yr lease plan and if so is it adviseable togo in this direction any would the person who l rent ground to be able to claim sqautters rights after a time???

    I just saw your posting this morning on the board. Its an interesting posting i would have an interest in renting. I do rent quiet a bit of land from time to time.
