Hi all, quick Q (just looking for a very rough idea on prices) - we'd like to add a small guest bathroom (roughly 8 -10 m2 max) to our timberframe house - what cost am I looking at? Also, does anyone have any idea about prices for fire retardant paint to paint over attic wood panelling (Irish websites don't seem to state…

Bathrooms are very variable so I wouldn't want to put any numbers on here. Call Fireseal in Tallaght about the paint, they should be able to give you a rough cost over the phone.
