    Lolocaust also sucks. Bring it all back to AH and kick all these sensitive work dodger prats out. AH used to be fun.

    Now that there are places dedicated for this stuff the place sucks.

    Posting with a 56k was exciting.

    It was the same as now really but when you found a new thread with no replies and made a silly 'thanks' seeking joke and hit submit in the hope to be first poster, sure it could be ten minutes before you found out if you were or not.

    Those nail biting minutes were usually followed by a very loud .. Doh!

    I played quake on a 36k connection, now I bitch if youtube has to stop to buffer. I've become so intolerant.

    Back in the day personal insults were frowned upon but not banable. You didn't have to be as nice back then. :p
    The place was a lot different before the 'thanks system' came in. Everyone's a lot wittier these days.
