No satellite signal is being received unplug sky box for 1 minute

I am getting the above message for some of the channels. I have tried unplugging a number of times but these channels are not coming back. Any suggestions?

I have heard of this a few times before and have no reason why its coming up like that. Your best bet is to have an engineer call out to asses the situation and possibly replace the box. How long have you had the box for?
