external mail on www.outlook.com

hey does anyone here use the www.outlook.com for reading mail. I can'y logon to it now. Can some advise if the syntax for the username is xxxxxxx@student.mail.ul.ie? or something else please

There's no dot between 'student' and 'mail.' It's just xxxxxxx@studentmail.ul.ie
