filling in holes in hollowcore

Hi all, whats the story with the holes in the hollow core, i mean the holes on the inner leaf of the cavity, should i fill in these holes as they will stop a draft going in under the floor How can i fill them in. . . Hollowcore went on last thur.. cheers, ,
