Vista won't uninstall Trial Office!!

It's really doing my head in now at this stage. I've gone to the control panel and tried removing it the conventional way, no joy. You click uninstall and it just doesn't do ANYTHING. It's really doing my head in now at this stage.

So I went to the Microsoft website, and they had a tutorial to follow, open this folder and delete this file, and open this and delete this, and blah blah...but it's still there, and I want it gone!
I have my own office version I want to install, so can anyone help me at all?
Remote assisstance even!
