How to synchronise PS3 Blu-Ray remote?

Hi, Had to change the batteries on my PS3 Blu-ray remote and now it won't synchronise and I can't find the manual on how to re-synch it, but do remember it did take me ages originally. Anyone have the instructions on how to synch said remote with PS3, would be greatly appreciated...
