He not dead, he just having a break

    Pining for the fjords?

Where's the 'undead' option? We in Afghanistan have to consider such possibilities.

I believe he is alive and well in the United States or Saudi Arabia. They were never really looking for him. He is good friends with George Bush imo.

They've had something of a divergence of opinion, of late. AQ are a lot less useful to the TB than they used to be, and, being considered a little more extreme by the TB, are being basically left to their own devices in order to avoid tainting the TB image.

It's all really quite fascinating now. There are some three categories out there. The TB who have decided that a more moderate approach is acceptable (and who are looking to engage in talks with Karzai/ISAF), the TB who are still as batty fundamentalist as ever, but think that AQ is a political liability (and are generally in leadership positions), and AQ themselves.

He's both dead and alive until someone observes his wave pattern.

He's alive and well and is protected by the US. He is the Boogie man used to scare the Muppet's who believe everything the US Gov tell them.

If you ever seen the Movie "The Usual Suspects" Think of Keyser Soze and the fear one man put into people who did not even exist.

He's alive and its in the US Gov interests to keep it that way. Who else will they use as the Boogie Man to scare the shi t out of their people...

He was seen in Dubai getting treatment a while back under protection by US Gov.

Good Friends with Bush as is the whole Bin Laden family....
