If he's alive why the Audio tapes? What about video? The guy cant get a hold of a video camera? Cell phone? anything?

I mean ****, if you cant get a hold of a camera how can you run a terrorist network. He's either dead or inept. But more than likely they've found a sound-alike to do audio tapes.

He could have always have had a transplant, it's not as if there wouldn't be plenty of volunteers.

With the level of support he has in certain middle eastern countries, he could have easily have been treated at a proper medical facility.
