Sick passengers - what is the policy of Bus Éireann?

If someone get's sick on the bus? I heard a great story before were a girl got sick at the start of the journey and the driver left it be. He then called the girl a pig or something on the way out and she took him to court! What was the outcome of that case? I remember reading the first part last year.
