I have to say, I hated Catcher in the Rye, no matter how many millions of teenagers have loved it. Out of interest, what did you guys think Holden Caulfield looked like? I suppose it's because I was reading it at the time, but for some reason I always think of him as some long gone Home and Away character, that goth, Edward (his Mum was Judith the Principal)
