    Expense? Its the lowest-end solution available, except for old stuff with even older IGPs (such as the 8200GS). If you want to play games, some sort of graphics card is worth the expense for gaming. Integrated solutions just can't cut the mustard unless you're playing an older game on a small CRT monitor at 640*480 with Low quality settings.

    Of course, if you're talking about laptops its a different kettle of fish. I'd still keep an eye open for a mid-priced laptop with a weak discrete graphics card.
