cheating?

just played a game of Sabotage There and some guy was gettin emergency airdrop after airdrop ended with 55kills to5deaths. i'm baffled as to how he got so many in a row is this another glitch or just blatant cheatin? these guys weren't yanks they were from the north. i filed a complaint but who knows what will happen. was annoyin to watch?

Seriously though, glitching is not cool.
Do what you want in private matches, for the laugh or whatever but doing it to boost your ranking is real low!

Nah, I didn't do it to boost my rank. Just seen the vid and was curious to see if it would work. Tried to do it and failed then just wasn't bothered.

I did it tonight in a few games with the emergancy air drop, i found that it dosen't add to your killstreak challenge tho, you don't even get that pop up thing (air drop in bound)

All in all air drops are **** and i never use them but on a side note i was off in the corner of the map on rundown and came accross some dude running in circles, i said "What are you playing at?" He replied "Getting my maraton pro" Classic!

Certainly sounds like glitching but in Sabotage theres not normally time for this. That particular glitch looks uber complicated and would ultimatly take a player out of a team in which case the opposing team should be able to romp the bomb to victory. This is obvious when someone drops out and the teams go to 5 Vs 6, in general the bigger team wins as its a war of attrition. Thats why you dont get many boosters either on sabotage as the game will end quickly if everybody is not pulling their weight, still, theres always one, or in boosters case, 2!

so l had 2 try it,its going 2 make the game a joke until its patched,must have got about 10 emergency airdrops in one game of domination,not going 2 do it again but it wont be long until everyone knows about it.

Yup saw it on PS3 tonight in a MTDM game! I left the game, counts as a loss but to be honest I'd had enough of care package after care package... and he had a spotter with him killing anyone who tried to take him out! :mad:

This is what ruins the game for me!!
You play the game and want to achieve something fairly such as reach top prestige, get the nuke or whatever,

Then these idiots come along with their glitches/boosting and ruin it for everyone else!

Something should really be done about it, I know the glitch will be patched and that but still, not fair that people get away with it at all!

This is not in the game. It's a bug in the coding, and exploiting this bug is against the spirit of the game.

There might be no spirit to the game or that but there is such a thing as not being a prick and preventing other people from enjoying the game so you can just cheat, it may be a glitch or boosting but anything that you deliberatly do to give yourself an unfair advantage over others in the game is cheating, its only immature pricks and kids that do it.

Had it tonight, went to the aholes gamertag, surprise , surprise... in his bio it had the olde msg me if you want to get to 10th prestiege.
Justt don't understand this mentality at all. Half the fun of the game is ranking up and trying to get to 10th prestiege, feckin typical of the younger generation. No patience at all at all, in my day....

I was playing a game of team deathmatch on derail, one of my team was respawning with tactical insertion and his friend was just knifing him every time he respawned and eventually he got a nuke.. Sussed this because it was only bout 3 or 4 minutes into the game and he had gotten a nuke without using any killstreak.. I mailed him and told him what i taught of him.. He didn't even try to deny it.. :mad: Another lad on 3rd person cage match wanted me to let him get aload of headshots.

what the hell is this stupid glitch anyway?Went back on and every game bar 1 there were loads of aholes doing it. Constantly uavs and predator missles, absolute nightmare and totally unplayable. Game is totally destroyed until this is fixed.

If these people put as much time into playing the game as they did finding ways to glitch they would probably 10th prestige faster

I don't mind people discovering glitches at all but showing the world how to do it is lame. Reminds me of the old days when real hackers would release a proof-of-concept script and all the clueless script-kiddies would just take the script and use it anywhere they could to try and pretend they were 1337! :rolleyes:

There is a lot of this going on at the moment.

I figured that the more this stuff happens the quicker IW would fix the problem. Boy was I wrong.

The game needs a good update. Problems that need addressing (for me anyway)

1. Not finding a lobby to play or a member of your party getting kicked out just as the game starts.
2. Getting hit with 2 bullets and dying even though you emptied your mag in to them.
3. Getting put into a US lobby and getting totaly raped due to lag.
4. People hacking the system to put up a fancy name. If they can do that what else can they do.
5. The care package hack.

Its all getting out of control and IW are doing nothing about it.

I tried the care package hack last night and I was surprised how easy it was to do. It makes you sick.

We have 3 x-boxes in the house and last night it was impossible to get a game together. I switched to NTL 30Mb broadband last Monday and while the lag has greatly improved. Playing together is almost impossible.

Don't know what to do at this stage.
