    As far as I know it can't be done.

    You may be able to get something that will connect something to your existing stereo via the CD changer port but removing the existing unit isn't an option because of your climate control/heater thing.

    but replacing the climate control and the cassette to the same one but with a setup that allows to slot in a standard stereo ?

    the stereo is part of the climate control i.e they use the same display.

    you could use something like this

    No idea how that would affect your climate control (whether it'll work without the display) or if it actually fits the dash. seems to be the same anyway.

    I doubt there is an Ibiza with both climate and a boggo basic stereo.
