transferring Cycorder files from the phone

Is there any way of transferring Video clips recorded from Cycorder to a PC? I have some really important footage of the kids I'd love to be able to keep.

Thanks Phil, I found it earlier and have just backed up the contents of the phone to the laptop. Appreciate the help.
