Janitor Salary???

The apartment complex has about 100 apartment and has a full-time janitor and I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there with full-time janitors and also what is the salary (gross) being paid? The salary being paid and the cost to the apartment block are not the same thing. The accounts should give all details. Likely he is not hired directly by the apartment block which will mean his cost is actually the cost of having a service company provide him.

It really depends on what the person does. If they do everything from cleaning to security to handyman, they would get a lot more than someone who spends an hour doing a quick clean and puts out the bins.
