Nice little report, they really have deserved their success.

Has anyone visited them? I'm thinking of going up there in a few months for a browse.

I drove up to buy my first bike, as I didn't want to buy online without trying the size. I emailed first, and was assured that they would be able to help me get the size right.

It turned out that the sales assistant, although very helpful, wasn't very knowledgeable and they didn't have different sizes of the bikes built up - I happened to be able to try one that they had built up and had on hold for somebody.

That's fair enough, given that they are primarily an online company, (and it was around christmas time, so I didn't expect loads of attention), but I was a bit disappointed because I had specifically asked ahead.

@Kincsem: it's a small enough showroom for a browse, mainly parts and accessories, with a definite lean towards MTB stuff IIRC
