asics rugby boots

My feet are in pretty bad shape and nearly all boots leave me in pain and discomfort even with my orthotics inside. Does anyone know where to buy these because i've heard they are really good and no place i've tried such as Champion, Elverys etc has them. If not could you recommend an alternative?
