dublin city council planning guidelines and cionditions,

    i live in the dublin city council district and i am lookking for a link to the guidelines that are required for building a extension onto my house. i am planning on building a small extension of approx 20sqm but i believe there are requirments for a remaining size of the garden to be left depending on the size of our house. we have a 2 bed terraced house. i rang the city council and told t.em what i proposed to do, they told me to check their website, i didd but can not find what i am looking for. can anyone send me a link to this information? thanks
