Is there any way of blocking what someone sees if they're a friend on facebook ?

My Boss added me as a friend last night & I haven't accepted him yet, but it's obviously gonna be difficult as I see him or talk to him at least once a day. So not accepting him will be socially awkward.

If I accept him, can I restrict him from seeing photos & wall comments (for example) ?

I think you can make different groups for friends, and different groups can see different things. Create a new friends group, and go to privacy settings and check it out.

Edit: You can choose specific people who can see it, or those who you don't want to see info on privacy settings.

Go to Friend - All friends
Click on Create a New List and then add your boss to this list
Then go to Privacy Settings - Profile Information
Beside 'Posts by friends' and 'Photo Albums', select Custom/Customise
    Change to:
Make Visible to: 'Only Friends' Hide this from: 'NameOfYourBossesGroup'
