House share near DCU

Hey!
Myself and my brother are sharing a house about a fifteen minute bus ride from the city center. We have a single room available in the house. Its 15 minute walk from DCU, and buses serve St Pats college and Marino too. The 16a goes to the Swords Road, and DCU is only a 5 minute walk from there.

There's a large garden, two living areas(one being used as a dining room) and a shared bathroom. There is a large front garden for parking.

It's in a nice quiet area but there is a 24 hour tesco and a petrol station in walking distance. It is also close to the airport and main motorways. There is after hours travel back to the house on Fridays and Saturdays.

We are two non-smokers, one student and one working full time.

Rent is €320 a month, with bills usually averaging out to be about €115 a month.
