Leather Bag Repair Place in Dublin?

In the spirit of reusing what I already own and not buying new, I have 2 bags I'd like to bring somewhere to be 'fixed'. One is black leather that I want to get redyed as the black is fading to a yuck brown and I want to get the strap of the other stitched. Does anyone know where might be able to do this in Dublin city…
