You can't post a pic from your PC. Has to be hosted on photobucket or imageshack. Oh, and it being a Jpeg, and not a png will help, too. PNG don't work, I have learned.

The ratio of acceptableness (real word??) is directly proportionate to a series of factors.

Factor A being the temperature (as varying temperatures will result in different effects)
Factor B being the hotness of the said individual
Factor C being the effect of gravity on the aforementioned bewbs.

Eg. A:Cold + B:Smoking Hot + C:Negligible = Allowable

Her Manager was contacted, and asked to broach the subject with her. AFAIK she reacted badly to any suggestions. I might just bring in one of my late Mothers cardigans, and leave it on her desk.
